One client said it very well: “The word CAN’T does not exist in Jackie’s vocabulary.” In Jackie’s class, all levels share the same space, allowing everyone to feel included, improving their ability, and creating community.
Amanda Dias
Amanda started personally practicing mat Pilates over 14 years ago at a local gym. Through that experience, as well as her work with physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, she saw the many benefits Pilates offers. She wanted to spread those health benefits and her newfound passion to others!
In 2013 she became certified in advanced mat Pilates, and in 2015 she completed her comprehensive certification, giving her the knowledge and skill set to teach using all Pilates equipment (reformer, chair, Cadillac, barrels, etc.) so that she could further her work with clients and help those of all physical levels—from the injured to the average joe, to professional athletes. Since then, she has continued her learning through Pilates workshops and continuing education courses and became a Certified Nutritional Practitioner in 2017 and Mindfulness Facilitator in 2020.
Amanda focuses on giving her clients a holistic approach to health, ensuring the nourishment of her clients’ minds, physical body, and spiritual/emotional wellness. Her goal is to help clients feel their best and give them the tools, knowledge, and confidence to prioritize and take control of their well-being.

Jayne Gildner
After a management career in the investment brokerage industry, Jayne left to pursue otherpassions, and it was then that she discovered Pilates while in rehabilitation from an equestrian accident. Becoming convinced of the benefits that Pilates could offer anybody, whether recovering from or living with a specific ailment, or just working to become fitter and retain their ability to keep active long into their older age, Jayne took the next step and became acertified Stott Pilates instructor herself.
Jayne has been teaching since 2017 at a number of studios in the Mississauga area, and has supplemented her initial training with Stott courses specializing in injuries and special populations, prenatal Pilates, golf conditioning, Zenga, and the use of the Cadillac, chair, and barrel in Stott Pilates training.
Jayne’s primary passion and goal is to help, people feel better, and live a more active and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys challenging everyone in her class, constantly introducing new elements and making her sessions energetic and fun. She strives to achieve and teach others what Joseph Pilates is said to be the goal of Pilates: the complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit.
